APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
(Does not include weekends/public holidays): 7 to 25 business days, varying by country and exact address (availability of tracking systems may differ).
- United States: 7-14 Business Days
- International Shipping: 9 – 25 Business Days

DELAYED DELIVERY
In very rare cases, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe. During events like the COVID-19 pandemic, customs restrictions may cause delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times or unexpected en-route delays, and we appreciate your understanding and patience if this occurs. This may be especially true during peak holiday seasons (October to February), promotions, or other high-volume periods.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-45 business days, we will ship a new package to you.
PROCESSING TIME
Please note: Processing time (3-5 business days) is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office). After processing, our shipping partner will pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be sent to you, and tracking details will also be available on our website.
In very rare instances, processing time may exceed the stated timeframe. During busy periods (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing may take longer. We do our best to accelerate delivery and ask for your understanding and patience during such times.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
An order may be split into multiple packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items are on backorder
- Post office-imposed weight restrictions for regular shipping
- Different designers/warehouse locations (we collaborate with multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency to confirm applicable fees. Note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay package delivery.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as it may have already entered processing. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, please email us immediately at support@sopfast.com. A transaction fee may be deducted, as this fee is non-refundable to us.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to refusal, non-claim, undeliverable status, or incorrect/insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address in your order confirmation email, reply to that email immediately at support@sopfast.com with the updated details. Once the order is processed, we cannot modify the address and will not be held liable for issues caused by incorrect/insufficient address information.
STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you confirm your package was stolen after delivery, please contact your local post office or file a report with your local police station.
REFUND POLICY
We typically do not offer refunds, as we clearly state the shipping time and detailed product description on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before making a purchase.
However, if you receive a damaged product, you may submit clear evidence (photos or videos of the product, packaging, and your customer information) to us within one week of the delivery date. Our team will review the issue and determine a resolution. A 30% restocking fee will apply to approved refunds.
