The Services include any services provided via this website, located at sopfast.com (the “Site”), our mobile applications (the “Apps”), our accounts and fan pages on social media platforms (the “Social Media Accounts”), and any other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by SOPFAST—all designed to support our mission of selecting products for customers.

Policy Modification
SOPFAST is required under Data Protection Law to ensure that it processes personal data transparently. As the way in which we process personal data may change—including updates related to how we select and provide products for customers—we may be obliged to update this Notice accordingly from time to time, to reflect how we are processing your data, and if we make changes, we will notify you by revising the effective date or last modified date at the top of this Notice.

We respect the privacy of the visitors to our digital properties and the users of our products and services (including users who engage with our product selection services), and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy. We collect personal information when you use our Services (including when you browse or purchase products we select) and as described below.

If you choose to share your photographs or other information with someone else through a feature we offer (e.g., sharing a selected product with a family member), we will use the personal information you provide (for example, the e-mail address of the recipient) to fulfill your request and for other purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Before you upload and/or share personal information of others through our service, please ensure that you have the consent of such persons to do so.
Other Information Contained in Your Photos. When you upload your photos to our platforms (e.g., photos for customizing selected products) your photo content may also include related image information such as the time and the place your photo was taken, tags and similar information stored by your image capture device.
3. Sharing Your Personal Information
We may disclose and share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers and affiliates for purposes outlined in this Policy—including supporting our product selection and order fulfillment for customers—and as described below:
A. Within Our Corporate Organization
The Company is a part of a corporate organization that has several legal entities, business processes, management structures and technical systems. We may share your personal information with our affiliated group of companies and, in some cases, other affiliates of our corporate group for business maintenance and personalization continuity purposes—for instance, so that you may enjoy a personalized user experience (including consistent product selection recommendations) across our digital properties, to provide you with the Services (including product delivery), or to take actions based on your requests or preferences. We impose contractual provisions on these related legal entities to limit their use of your data only for the purposes for which we collected it and to the extent necessary for such purposes, and to safeguard such data using appropriate measures.
